At MonRose Luxurious Hair, every order is prepared with exceptional care and handled according to the highest hygiene and quality standards. As a luxury hair brand, we prioritize both customer satisfaction and product integrity.

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

Final Sale Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair products, including but not limited to:

  • Wigs

  • Hair bundles

  • Closures

  • Frontals

  • Lace products

  • Custom, colored, or altered units

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

This policy is strictly enforced to protect the health, safety, and trust of all MonRose clients.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction matters to us. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, please email monroseluxurioushair@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos and/or video evidence of the issue

  • Proof that the hair is unused, uninstalled, and unaltered

If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement for the affected item only.
Refunds are not offered.

Important Information

  • Hair that has been installed, worn, altered, washed, cut, coloured, or processed is not eligible for review.

  • We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction related to personal preference, including texture, length, density, or colour tone.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • MonRose Luxurious Hair is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • Any unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in order restrictions.
